Glyvolner "Gly" Gabriel is a first generation Haitian-American from Newark, NJ.

He is also the first in his family to graduate from college, graduating from Harvard University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and Engineering. He then forayed into "Wall Street," working as an analyst in the Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley.

Subsequently, Gly backpacked throughout Latin America, visiting 14 countries over the span of 13 months. It was during this trip that he discovered his life’s mission – to help people live happy, healthy, & fulfilling lives.

After returning, Gly founded New Norm Media, a video marketing & consulting agency that worked with conscious & purpose-driven businesses. But after achieving some initial traction in the business, he knew that in order for him to truly fulfill his mission in a way that was aligned with his unique skills and passions, he would need to pivot.

So now Gly focuses on helping young professionals do what they actually want in their life & career.

Gly believes that our dreams (both personal & professional) are possible, and through his unique “Be, Do, Have” model, he coaches young professionals on how to start to live life on their own terms.

He also founded New Norm Club, a no-excuse accountability community for young entrepreneurs, creatives, & leaders who want to make an impact and consistently overcome the fears & challenges that are in the way of fulfilling their dreams.

A firm believer that “a genuine story can change someone’s life,” he documents & shares his entrepreneurial & personal development journey in his daily social media content (#TheGlyGames).

When he’s not working, you’ll find Gly either in the gym, meditating, forming a new habit, attending a personal development event, or latin dancing.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
